International women’s day 2019 is here

Friday, 8 March is International Women’s Day 2019. This year’s theme is
#BalanceforBetter, a call-to-action for driving gender balance across the world.

As usual, the #BalanceforBetter theme will continue all year long to encourage action.

This is yet another opportunity to celebrate women’s achievements and challenge gender bias.

It is also a time to double our efforts and continue doing everything possible to help forge a more gender-balanced world. We have come a long way, achieved some successes but there’s still more to be achieved.

Even as we wait for leaders and organizations to make a change, we need realize that we can fight gender bias at an individual level. How will you help make a difference?
